ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 3 to transfer the investigation of her complaint, dated 10.05.2023 from the respondent police to any other agency.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the complaint has already been forwarded to the District Crime Branch, Trichy and now, case has been registered against the 4th respondent.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
