This petition is filed seeking for quashment of the impugned proceedings in M.C.No.69 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent against the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned counsel for the third respondent are present.
3. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this petition has been filed challenging the orders initiated against the petitioner under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. and both sides reported that proceedings before the Sub Collector were closed on 03.07.2023. Since the proceedings which are under challenge before the Court have already been closed, this petition becomes infructuous.
3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
