Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.165/2017 dated 02.08.2017 on the file of the 5th respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioner from the property to an extent of 6 cents situated in S.No.230/3, Opillan Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District without following due process of law as provided under the Scheduled Tribes and other Traditional Forest Dwellers Recognition of Forest Act, 2006 and Rules 2007.

O R D E R

Challenging the eviction proceedings initiated against the petitioner by the fifth respondent on 02.08.2017, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.This Court is not inclined to set aside the communication dated 02.08.2017, since it is nothing but a notice, calling for the petitioner to file her objections to the subject matter before the authority. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file necessary objections within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such objections, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)Nos.16423 and 16424 of 2017 are closed.
