ORDER

The petitioner seeks license for running a permanent retail cracker shop at the petition mentioned premises.

2. It is seen that an application was submitted on 29.09.2023. The second respondent has already completed his enquiry and submitted his report to the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
