Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2016 and to issue a suitable direction to asses house tax to my newly constructed house situated in R.Sy.No. 171/5 on the basis of the building Plan Approval NO. 76 dated 23.09.2015.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 04.01.2016, wherein and whereby, he sought for assessment of house tax to the newly constructed house at R.Sy.No. 171/5 on the basis of the building Plan Approval NO. 76 dated 23.09.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered by the first respondent sofar.

3.Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.01.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with Law, also after hearing the interested parties or rival claimants, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
