This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to furnish the copies sought for by the petitioner vide his affidavit dated 11.09.2017 and letter dated 20.09.2017, prior to proceeding further in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner. 2.Heard, Mr.Samuel Gunasingh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

this Court at Madras in W.P(MD)No.14401 of 2017 and in W.A.(MD) No.875 of 2017 in respect of the same disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner.

4.Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Principal Seat of this Court at Madras in respect of the subject matter of this Writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5.Recording the said submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Principal Seat of this Court at Madras in respect of the subject matter of this Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
