The learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the suit proceedings, which was instituted way back in the year 2012. Taking note of nature of relief granted, notice to the other side is dispensed with.
2. The District Munsif, Madurai Taluk at Madurai is directed to dispose of O.S.No.94 of 2012 on merits and in accordance with law, after notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. In the result, this petition is allowed.
