ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to investigate the complaint of the petitioner, dated 07.07.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner sent an online complaint, dated 07.07.2022, to the first respondent. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the complaint, dated 07.07.2022. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to consider the complaint, dated 07.07.2022 and take suitable action, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. petitioner is also directed to appear before the respondent police, for enquiry. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost.
