PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to dispose the suit filed in O.S.No.464 of 2018 pending on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Tenkasi within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking orders to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.464 of 2018 on the file of the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tenkasi, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.464 of 2018 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tenkasi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 464 of 2018, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
