ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release the Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No TN - 69 - AX 8002 from the respondents' custody.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sattur has already passed an order directing the respondents to release the said vehicle and he has also produced a copy of the order dated 23.10.2017. 3.Since the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sattur, by the order dated 23.10.2017, has already passed an order directing the respondents to release the vehicle in question, there is no impediment for the respondents to release the same. Hence, the respondents are directed to release the vehicle in question forthwith, subject to the petitioner complies with all the conditions imposed by the Magistrate.
