Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SETHIL MURUGAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners could not able to arrange the sureties in time, they are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.8817 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.8015 of 2022 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8817 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
