By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
2. Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with, since no adverse order is going to be passed against them.
3. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to carry out necessary entries in Schedule II in respect of his land in S.Nos.15/1, 15/2, 15/3, 27/2A, 27/2B, 27/2C, 27/2D of Aralikottai Village Group, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District.
4. After a detailed and elaborate arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is now inclined to approach the authority with proper representation along with documentary evidences.
5. Such being the case, no further order is required to be passed in this petition and the same is disposed of accordingly, with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation, before the authorities, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such filing, the authorities are directed to consider the same, on merits and pass appropriate orders, after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
