PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.91 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A8, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.03.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307, 353, 450 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.91 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to retaliation murder, on 18.04.2023, at about 05.45 p.m., the petitioners and other accused attempted to murder the de-facto complainant while he was in lawful custody and further threatened to kill him. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.10245 of 2023 4.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982. 5.Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6.Hence, the petition stands dismissed.
