2.It is seen that the petitioner has been in occupation of a portion of the petition mentioned highway. That is why, the fourth respondent herein took action under the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001. We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned eviction notice. 2/4

3.This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
