PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.114 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 09.04.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 336, 341, 342, 323, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.114 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 07.04.2023 at about 10.30 p.m., during temple festival, the petitioner has threw the stone in the crowd place, due to which which, one Mohamed Yasin caused injuries. Thereafter, the villagers were taken to the hospital for treatment and after knowing the said incident, the deceased namely, Vigneshwaran and others were went to the hospital for seeing the said Mohamed Yasin. At that time, the petitioner and others were intercepted the deceased and there was a wordy quarrel between them. Due to which, the petitioner and others were murdered the deceased namely, Vigneshwaran. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982. 5.Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been detained under 14 Act of 1982, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6.Hence, the petition stands dismissed.
