This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2020, requesting not to register any document or allow to create any encumbrance pertaining to the lands in Survey Nos.277/10, 279/3, 277/12B, 279/2, 277/12A, 279/1, 277/11A, 277/8A, 277/8B, 277/8C, 277/4, 277/5, 277/6, 277/7A, 277/7B, 277/7C, 277/7D, 277/7E, 277/9 and 277/11D of Ilanthakulam Village, Kamuthakudi Village Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramnad District, to an extent of 3.72.0 Hectares.

3. Though the petitioner has sought for disposal of his representation dated 01.10.2020, such a blanket direction cannot be issued by this Court. A reading of the representation shows that the remedy lies to the petitioner only before the Civil Court and this Court cannot look into the issue raised in this writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the appropriate forum. No Costs.
