These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to provide Account number and Schedule Form to the Petitioner for the tender work in Na.Ka.No.154 / 2018 / Thee.1 dated 14/08/2018 respectively within a stipulated time. COMMON ORDER The prayer in the writ petitions is to direct the first respondent to provide schedule form to the petitioners in respect of the tender work notified on 14.08.2018.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents that the schedule forms have already been issued to the petitioners.
3. Since the prayer has been answered by the subsequent action taken by the respondents, this Court finds the issue as raised in the writ petitions does not survive for further consideration and therefore, the writ petitions are dismissed. In case, the petitioners have any further grievance in regard to the subject matter of the writ petitions, it is always open to them to seek appropriate remedy in a manner known to law, if the petitioners are so advised. No costs.
