Pleased to call for the records of the impugned judgment made in Spl.S.C.No.3 of 2019 on the filel of the Learned Special Court for exclusive trial of POCSO Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur dated 08.04.2022 and set aside the same.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 1/3
Crl.M.P(MD).No.852 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.372 of 2022 dated 16.02.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that the investigation is going on.
5. Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.852 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.372 of 2022 dated 16.02.2024 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
