This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2017 and take appropriate legal action to cancel the forged patta in connection with Survey Nos.587/2, 587/8, 13, 14, 23, 587/2A1, A1 676/1, 358/2A1, A1 365/2D and 366/1, 2 situated at Chettinayackenpatti, Silapadi Village, Dindigul District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the above said properties and some third parties got patta for the said properties in their names by creating forged documents. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 03.03.2017 to the respondents. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that if time is granted to the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders will be passed.
5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties.
6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
