This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2017 within the time limit to be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.The case of the petitioner is that he is one of the members of Sri AmmaluAmmal @ Guruvammal Trust. As the trustees of the said Trust who were appointed during the period of October 2014 have acted against the interest of the Trust, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent on 25.07.2017 to conduct enquiry with regard to the allegation made against the trustees. But the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that if time is granted to the respondent, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders will be passed.
5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
