O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to instruct the 2nd Respondent to Not to Harass the Petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that since the son of the petitioner is involved in the criminal case and he is also absconding, search was made and enquiry was undertaken with the petitioner to know the whereabouts of him. Only for the purpose of enquiry they went to the house of the petitioner. Except that there is no harassment.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that his wife is mentally ill patient. He has to take care of her. In spite of that frequent trouble was made by the third respondent.

4.Whatever may be, the petitioner's son is involved in a henious offence. Hence, the petitioner has to share about the information regarding his whereabouts to the third respondent. The third respondent may issue summon to the petitioner, if he wants any information from him. There is no harassment at this stage.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
