ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 17.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 506(ii) and 302 of I.P.C, in Crime No.152 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner assaulted the defacto complainant and stabbed in her neck with liquor bottle, in the result she died. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a mediator. Since the petitioner's father was falsely implicated by the defacto complainant in a criminal case for bigamy and he was also remanded to judicial custody. The petitioner is an incarceration from 17.07.2018. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi.
