Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Ramaiah, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.
2. With consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed up at admission stage.

This writ petition has been filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondent to sanction and allow the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- from and out of his own accumulation of Provident Fund contribution available to the credit of the respondent for the marriage of his daughter within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,59,000/- from out of the Provident Fund accumulation and the respondent is ready to disburse the said amount within a period of 2 weeks.
5. In the light of the above and taking into consideration the fact that the marriage of the petitioner's daughter is scheduled to take place on 07.06.2026, the respondent is directed to disburse an amount of Rs.5,59,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs and Fifty Nine Thousand only) to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two weeks from today, without fail. 2/4
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
