in public road at sithakkur Village, Thunjanur Panchayat Union, Avydayarkoil Taluk, Pudukkottai District and take necessary legal action against persons, who demolished the public road. 2.Heard Mr.E.P.Venkateshwar for Mr.S.M.S.Johnny Basha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has produced the proceedings of the Block Development Officer in Na.Ka.2339/2017/D3, dated 02.03.2018, which reveals that a proposal for allotment of special fund for putting up the metal road has been submitted before the District Collector and it is further revealed that as soon as the special fund is received, the metal road will be formed.

4.Recording the aforesaid position, this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
