JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The first respondent herein filed W.P(MD)No.11560 of 2021 for directing the appellants herein to grant them No Objection Certificate for drawl and transport of water. The Writ Petition was disposed of on 13.07.2021 in the following terms:
"4.In view of the above discussion, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the second respondent and the second respondent on receipt of the representation shall consider granting No Objection Certificate to the petitioner in line with the proceedings of the District Collector, Thanjavur District, dated 07.04.2020, by imposing the necessary conditions, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Aggrieved by the same, this Writ Appeal came to be filed by the Department.
2.During the pendency of the Writ Appeal, the appellants complied with the order of the learned single Judge. The writ petitioner's application was considered and rejection order was passed on 10.08.2021. It appears that the writ petitioner herein has not so far filed any Writ Petition challenging the same. In any event, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Appeal. 3.This Writ Appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
