ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the Respondent to file a final report in Crime No.209 of 2018 on the file of respondent registered on 27.06.2018 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the Final Report has been rectified and processed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the trial Court is directed to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
