ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 353 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.100 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the Village Administrative Officer. When the defacto complainant was questioning about the encroachment made by the petitioners, they abused the defacto complainant in filthy language. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that first petitioner is having 13 previous cases and the third petitioner is having six previous cases.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first petitioner is a State Secretary of one political party and all the previous cases are only politically motivated, hence he seek bail.

5. Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

7. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
