Memorandum of Compromise is also filled. Considering the fact that the matter arose out of marital conflict and the parties have since parted ways peacefully and compromise being arrived at even before the Family Court, following the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in B.S.Joshi and ors., Vs. State of Haryana and anr., reported in (2003) 4 SCC 675 and the subsequent judgments, I am inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.25 of 2022. 2/4

3.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the FIR in Crime No.25 of 2022 shall stand quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
