This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to collect and receive the dues on the assigned land in S.No.422/II Part, Vickramasingapuram Village, Ambasamudram Taluk from the petitioner within stipulated time by considering the representation dated 01.09.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents are agreeable to receive the amount and issue a proper receipt for the same.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to receive the amount and

issue a receipt therefor, as and when the petitioner makes a payment. No costs.
