Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider and pass appropriate orders immediately on the petitioner's representations dated 12.05.2025 and 24.05.2025 made for the celebration of Vaikasi (Perum Poojai Festival) festival scheduled on 31.05.2025 to 03.06.2025 at Arulmigu Sri Palaniyandavar and Sri Mathagiri Mariamman Temples Festival situated at Mathagiri Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

Joint Memo has been filed in this regard. The same is recorded. The Joint Memo is extracted here under:
"The above Writ Petition filed by the respective Petitioners seeking permission to celebrate Vaikasi Festival scheduled on 31.05.2025 to 03.06.2025 at Arulmigu Sri Palaniyandavar and Mathagiri Mariamman Temples situated at Mathagiri Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District. Both the Petitioners hereby agreed to celebrate the temple festival 3/6
jointly. Though, one P.Malaiyappan from Panikkan Clan or Vagaiyarah was appointed as Honorary President of the Festival Committee, at request made by the Petitioner in W.P. (MD) No.14819 of 2025 namely Chinnaraman, we are jointly agreed to nominate one Arumugam 5/0. Mariappan as the one among the members of the festival committee who hails from Panikkan Clan towards peaceful celebration of the above mentioned temple festival as scheduled. The memo may be recorded and pass suitable orders for celebration of the temples festival as scheduled.
This Hon'ble Court may be pleased record the same and permit to celebrate the temples festival jointly as scheduled and thus render Justice."
3.In view of the Joint memo filed by the parties, these Writ Petitions are hereby closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
