This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to disconnect the electricity connection in S.F.Nos.878/3 of Marungoor Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that before filing the writ petition itself, the request of the petitioner came to be rejected by an order dated 23.09.2017

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if so advised. No costs.
