ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to stop the devastate of Arulmighu Ankayarkanni Sametha Sangareswarar in Thatchamalai Kovil situated at Sidhur Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's vakaiyara people sent a representation on 24.05.2025 to the respondents 1 to 3 and till date the same has not been considered by them. 2/4

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the respondents will pass order at the earliest.

4.In view of the same, this Court direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 24.05.2025 and pass order on merits and in accordance with law at the earliest.
