O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to measure the property of the petitioner in Survey Nos.140/1A 17 and 140/1A 18 in Patta No.672 and 41 of Rajakambeeram Village and Rajakambeeram Revenue Group Manamadurai Taluk as per the cost paid by the petitioner on 09.06.2017 and 03.07.2017 as well as the representation made by him. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.According to the petitioner, though joint patta for the above mentioned property was issued in the names of the petitioner's father and the fourth respondent's father before 1990, the said property was not measured as per the revenue records as on date and since the fourth respondent made attempt to construct a house in the said property, the petitioner has given a representation dated 09.06.2017 to measure the said properties. As the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that if time is granted to the respondents 1 to 3, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders will be passed. 5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
