O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, while granting bail, the petitioner is directed to surrender his original driving license before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that immediately after the accident, the respondent police seized the original driving license from the petitioner. Therefore, he could not able to produce the same before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam as directed by the learned Principal Session Judge, Thoothukudi. The petitioner has produced a xerox copy of his original driving license before this Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, as the petitioner is directed to produce a xerox copy of his original driving license before the learned Judicial magistrate, Vilathikulam. Except this modification, other conditions remain unchanged.
