This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to permit the conduct of the annual Vaigasi Visagam Festival on 8th, 9th and 10th June 2025, ensuring the peaceful conduct of the religious ceremony located in Seelaympatti Village, Theni Taluk and District. 2/5

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the temple festival ended on 10.06.2025.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
