ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 506 (i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.10 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused received certain amount from the defacto complainant and assured that he would arrange employment in TNEB for him. But, he did not arrange the job. When questioned the same, the first accused threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are an innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
5.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition, in sofar as the first petitioner is concerned and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

6.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, in sofar as the first petitioner is concerned.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the second and third petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the second and third petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Trichy District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m, for a period of two weeks, thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The third petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
8.The second and third petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
