CRL MP(MD) No.8436 of 2023 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 02.05.2023 and 27.04.2023 respectively till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
