O R D E R
The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court, dated 18.07.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.5684 of 2016.
2. As per the order stated above, the 2nd respondent was directed to
delete the entry relating to registration of Lok Adalat award which was registered as Document No.2472 of 2014 on 22.07.2014.
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent has brought to the notice of the Court that in the encumbrance certificate, the order of the High Court has been incorporated and the deletion of the said entries are recorded. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the entries have not been deleted. However, this Court finds that the order of this Court has already been recorded in the encumbrance certificate. No further orders are called for in the contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed. In case, if the petitioner intends to register the decree in O.S.No. 189 of 2010, he is at liberty to do the same before the 2nd respondent.
