This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb based on his representations, dated 01.06.2023 and 08.06.2023.
2. Perusal of the records it is seen that the complaint has been sent only on 08.06.2023 through post.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far the complaint has not been received by the respondents police.
4. This petition has been filed by the petitioner without giving breathing time to the respondents police stating that no action has been taken by them. Let the petitioner appear before the 2nd respondent and enquire whether they have received a complaint and if the complaint is received by the 2nd respondent, the same will be disposed of by them within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties.
