The order passed by this Court has been complied with. But unfortunately it appears that the case was struck off by the learned Judicial Magistrate by invoking the provisions under Section 468 of Cr.P.C. In this case Section 468 of Cr.P.C. cannot be invoked because the offences are under Sections 468 and 471 of I.P.C. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) states that he would file an application before the Judicial Magistrate for setting aside the R.C.S. order.

2. Recording the said submission, the Contempt petition stands closed.
