PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 332 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 419 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.332 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner and other accused projected themselves as Sales-Tax Officers and cheated a sum of Rs.4,000/- from the defacto complainant's shop. Apart from this case, the petitioner is also involved in two other cases of similar in nature.
