This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2017 for granting patta for his property. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.According to the petitioner, the properties situated in T.S.Nos.2705/5, 2705/6 and 2706/2 belong to him, and for getting patta for the said properties in his name, he submitted a representation dated 25.10.2017 to the respondents. As the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

submitted that no rival claim is made or suit is pending with regard to the above mentioned properties.

5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due opportunity to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties.

6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
