: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 24.07.2018 and take suitable action to remove or shift the illegal shandy which is being run encroaching the vacant house plots and the streets in an around the petitioner's property at T.S.No.145, Ward No.AF, Block No.14 of Trichy City Corporation, preventing the petitioner from having free access to bring building materials to put up construction to his house.

************* [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has made a representation requesting the respondents to take action to remove or shift the illegal shandy, which is being run, by encroaching the vacant house plots and the streets in an around the petitioner's property at T.S.No.145, Ward No.AF, Block No.14 of Trichy City Corporation. Since no action has been taken, pursuant to his representation, the present writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition has been filed.

3.Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation, we direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.07.2018 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
