Challenge in this writ petition is to the order passed by the second respondent herein, the District Forest Officer, declining to grant license to the petitioner, citing various reasons. Against such order, there lies an appeal before the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests. Hence, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal within a period of two weeks from today along with required documents.
