ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 19.06.2024 to grant police protection to install CCTV camera for peaceful possession of the property.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the land in dispute is belonging to the petitioner, in which, some unknown persons used to enter into the property and consume liquor and other drugs and that in order to avoid such scenario, the petitioner has given representation to the respondents seeking Police protection to install CCTV camera, but till now no protection was granted. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the third respondent and he may be directed to consider the same.

4.Considering the above submission, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2024 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
