Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 24.08.2018.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 24.08.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the complaint has been given both by the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and the matter pertains to the civil dispute between the parties.

petitioners, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R. Nos.161 and 170 of 2018 is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner on the file of the third respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent police is directed to enquire the parties and if in case the issue is civil in nature, the parties may be relegated to a civil Court. The enquiry shall be conducted within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioners shall not be harassed under the guise of enquiry.
