ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.9949 of 2017, dated 24.09.2021, the above Contempt Petition is filed.

2.Heard Mr.F.X.Eugene, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Saji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The learned Special Government Pleader also produced a copy of the proceedings before this Court, dated 15.07.2022 issued by the Director of Collegiate Education, Chennai, in this regard. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on either side, reporting compliance, this contempt petition is closed. 12.08.2022 Ns/aav 2/4
