ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to ensure the temple procession of the Vinayagar Temple situated in Vasudevanallur Town, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District is commencing from Vinayagar Temple to Arulmighu Mariamman Temple to prevent from indulging in any communal activities at the temple procession going to be conducted on 03.06.2025 considering the representation, dated 22.05.2025.
2.Based on the petitioner's representation, already a peace committee meeting was convened and conducted. The minutes of the meeting, dated 28.05.2025, was circulated before this Court. The procession is scheduled on 2/6
03.06.2025. In the peace committee meeting, the following resolutions were made:

3.Based on the resolutions, the petitioner was already directed to seek appropriate police permission. The Police shall consider and grant police protection. However, the conditions imposed in the peace committee meeting shall be followed by the petitioner strictly and sternly. If any untoward incidents happen, the petitioner is liable for the same. The Police shall impose strict conditions. The petitioner is directed to approach the Vasudevanallur Police Station. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 4 to 6 is directed to instruct the concerned police station to consider and pass orders without waiting for this order.
4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
