BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7340 of 2018, dated 26.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that, there was a delay of 16 days in executing the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court, by the petitioners.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.4000/- (Rupees Four thousand only) (Rs.1,000/- for each petitioner) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
