ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- "To direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2025 and dispose the same."

2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner herein, notice to the respondents 4 to 9 is dispensed with.

4. Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court hereby directs the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2025 on or before 29.05.2025 after 2/4

putting the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 9 on notice and dispose of the same on the same day itself.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
